Not only is today January 16, Martin Luther King Day and my little girl’s 10th birthday (yes, I’m freaking out over my baby turning double digits), it’s also “Blue Monday.” According to Wikipedia, today is supposedly the most depressing day of the year. Falling on the third Monday in January, many experts also claim that most people have also given up on their New Year’s resolutions by this point.
Sounds like a bunch of malarkey to me! To help you combat Blue Monday — whether imagined or not — here’s a fun workout. What I like most about this workout is that you can make it as long or short as you’d like. Use your first name only or use your first, middle and last name. Do 2 rounds or 10, it’s totally up to you. One thing is for sure, this Blue Monday Workout will definitely get you out of the winter doldrums…
