My Top 5 On-the-Go Snacks for Portion Control — If you need to snack in between meals, but sure to keep some snacks handy. Here are my five go-to snacks to help you stay on track and keep your portions in check

Beverly International UMP Protein — I’ve tried every flavor Beverly carries and they’re all delicious. My absolute favorite is graham cracker, but you can’t go wrong with any of them. They make a great pudding and bake very well, too. I also like the fact that they won’t break the bank and don’t contain fillers or other garbage.

DPS Nutrition — This site is where I get all of my supplements due to their great prices and fast shipping. I do always check Amazon first just to be sure…

Pepperplate —  Whenever I find recipe in magazines, this is a great app for saving those recipes especially with its shopping list feature.

MyFitnessPal — In my opinion, this is the best app on the market for tracking your diet. I use the paid version ($50/year) which allows you to customize things like calories per meal and daily calorie and macronutrient goals. This one was a life-changer for me. Plus, you can connect it to your Fit Bit account.

Fit Bit — I’m a Fit Bit junkie. Currently, I am on my third one. Each time I’ve upgraded and each time I’ve been so pleased. You can read my review of the Fit Bit Charge HR 2. The Fit Bit app lets you quickly and easily track your weight, water, calories, exercise and sleep.

Contest Prep Secrets — If you’re interested in training for a figure competition, this is a great do-it-yourself route. You get a complete step-by-step guide on how to diet and train to compete.
